    In this episode, Fran condenses her own TA experience into 3 R’s: Research, Rehearse and Refer. Research: getting to know the subject matter of the class and ways of teaching it effectively. Rehearse: imagining teaching scenarios and strategizing classroom performance. Refer: tapping into personal and institutional resources to address issues and concerns beyond your own expertise.
