    Social Feedback

    Belief systems are really what dictate our performance and wellbeing in this world. The thing about these beliefs are that they are largely nurtured and created by the feedback you receive. This is why belief systems are interchangeable as time goes by, it’s all one line with the interchangeability of the feedback that you receive. But once you’re aware of this, you can use this knowledge to your advantage and allow yourself to stabilise your confidence rather than staying a slave to the feedback that you receive, unhealthily playing around with your confidence levels.

    Checkers or Chess

    A lot of people in their processes play a game very similar to checkers. They care about the now too much, they care about the numbers too much, the instant wins. This is what checkers is all about. Chess is very different and more like the reality of your process. All that matters in Chess is winning the game, regardless of numbers, or what things appear to look like, etc. If you win, you win. In this episode, I show you that your process is very similar, I reveal that there is just one win you need to hit. Once you do this, you will win the entire game, just like the game of Chess.

    Yes or No

    When offering your value and communicating your value to the world, you’re going to meet 3 types of categories of people. You’ll meet the Yes’s, the No’s and the Maybe’s. A lot of people can’t accept this truth, they would rather just meet the Yes’s and nobody else, they’re too afraid of the No’s which will harm their ego, so it affects their ability to meet more Yes’s. In this episode I talk about the different categories, the challenges they face and how to create more access to the beloved Yes’s.
