    Brahmacharya: Walk With God

    It’s been a while since I recorded a podcast. My partner and I were in a car accident in April, and I have been unavailable for anything “extra,” like sending out newsletters and recording podcasts. Ironically enough, it was the practice of Brahmacharya, or the “right use of energy,” that has helped me to heal and given me permission not to try to do MORE right now.
