DC 1 Orange Peel Compost Can Make Soil Too with Tim Treuer and Jon Choi

Back in 2017, Tim and Jon wrote a paper about a unique and audacious experiment in Costa Rica. Truckloads of Orange peels were dumped onto degraded pasture in the late 1990's, and left to decompose.
