Started with Eli’s newsletter and when the podcast came out it was a must listen. Great insight and refreshing look at DTC and brands that goes beyond the basic and gives positive information and tools in a time when DTC is being shaken up and pivoting.

I’ve been following Cody and Eli on Twitter for months now and they are always so collaborative about what they are learning in real time. It’s a must listen!

This is one of my favorite e-commerce podcasts because they talk about how to grow a brand by brand building as opposed to paid acquisition.

I’m a Customer Experience Manager at a start up and every time I listen to this podcast and read Eli’s newsletter I am just blown away at the amount of knowledge I gain EVERY SINGLE TIME! I have reached out to and implemented numerous platforms/tools that Eli has suggested or is currently using for Jones Road Beauty and they’ve done a great job at scaling CX at my current company. I also love the fact that both Eli and Cody are super focused on the customer and the actual customer journey, which is something I rarely hear about anymore. Overall, obsessed with this podcast, VERY insightful and this was a great episode to get ready for Black Friday!
