    It's eclipse season. Who is feeling it? I definitely am. This season of my life I'm feel like I have lower levels of energy than I normally do. On top of that, I feel like I'm being pulled in so many different directions. It's hard, but I don't let it get to me as much as I have in the past. Why? because I have tools set in place to help me get through these lower seasons of my life. In this episode, I share the tools I use to get myself out of a rut, and how to support yourself in harder times.
