Each episode I sing and jam on a different instrument. Feel free to sing along, dance, punch pillows and/or cry your eyes out. I'm going to dedicate each episode to healing a trauma I'm personally struggling with or feeling close to. Let me know if you want me to dedicate an episode to a trauma you're dealing with. Keep in mind I'm a singer/writer not an instrumentalist so don't judge my musicianship! 😘

    Another unguided meditation! This time it begins with a quite upbeat rhythm and then mellows out with the waving sounds of the rainstick. This episode is for general mental health and wellness.

    BONUS: Full Moon Meditation June 6th 2020

    This stillness meditation explores diaphragmatic breathing in the hatha yoga tradition. I play ukulele while guiding you through very deep breathing in three parts of the abdomen. This meditation is great for calming or energizing the body. Eyes are meant to be closed- this is not meant for use while driving or operating machinery.
