Marc Joseph in The Boomer Connection: Building a Legacy Through Curiosity

Send us a text Today, I’m thrilled to be joined by someone who truly embodies the spirit of legacy building — Marc Joseph. Marc’s first book, “The Secrets of Retailing…How to Beat Wal-Mart,” was written to help small businesses and entrepreneurs stand tall against the big guys. His insights caught the attention of none other than Arianna Huffington, who invited him to become a contributor to the Huffington Post. Since then, Marc has written over 100 articles on topics that matter deeply to all of us — from small business and education to homelessness and other causes close to the heart of our communities. Now, as the co-founder of BabyBoomer.org, a platform bringing together news, resources, and connection opportunities for the baby boomer generation, Marc is expanding his legacy. The platform is an information hub originally designed for people 65 and older, that has actually been serving people of all ages. And that’s not all — under the pen name Gramps Jeffrey, Marc also wrote the charming and thoughtful children’s book “I Don’t Want to Turn 3” - a story inspired by his real-life experiences with his six grandchildren, which explores what goes through a toddler’s mind and bridges that beautiful gap between generations.  In this conversation, we’re reflecting on how small acts of care and responsibility today can shape a brighter, more sustainable future—for ourselves, our communities, and the generations that follow. Abby Rosmarin’s Solo Love Story – Healing Without a Plus One

Send us a text What if the greatest love story of your life… was the one you had with yourself? In this episode, I’m joined by Abby Rosmarin — a writer, former teacher, and yoga teacher whose work has been featured in HuffPost, Bustle, Thought Catalog, The Bangalore Review, and more. Over the past nine years, she’s been writing her way through the messiness of being human — from heartbreak and trauma recovery to mental health, self-worth, and the often-overlooked power of solitude. Abby is the author of several independently published books, including The Ballerina’s Guide to Boxing and Venom. Her newest book, The Year of Dating Myself: How My Solo Tour Healed More Than Just My Heartbreak, which came out this summer, is part memoir, part love letter to the self, and part wake-up call for anyone who's ever lost themselves in love. In today’s conversation, we talk about what it means to truly come home to yourself after years of chasing validation, romance, and the promise of the “perfect” life. Abby opens up about the patterns she had to break, the uncomfortable truths she had to face, and how choosing to date herself changed everything. This episode is for anyone who's ever asked, "How did I get here?" — and is ready to take their power back. Send us a text I’m super excited to share Today’s conversation with you. My guest is Laura Donahue, a spiritual guide whose work bridges the mystical and the practical in a way that is both empowering and deeply grounded. Laurie Kaye on Love, Loss, and Lennon - When Music Heals

Send us a text Today’s guest is someone whose life and career are deeply intertwined with the heartbeat of rock and roll history. Laurie Kaye is a legendary music journalist and producer whose voice was once heard across the nation on iconic stations like KFRC in San Francisco, and whose writing helped shape landmark radio specials—including The Beatles: From Liverpool to Legend. But Laurie isn’t just a chronicler of music history—she’s a witness to one of its most tragic moments. On December 8, 1980, she sat down with John Lennon and Yoko Ono for what would be John’s final interview—just hours before his death. That experience, and the haunting encounter she had immediately afterward with Lennon’s assassin, shaped the course of her life. Laurie tells that story in her powerful memoir, Confessions of a Rock ’n’ Roll Name-Dropper, where she shares not just the names, but the soul of the music and artists who saved her—and in turn, how music can truly save lives. In today’s conversation, we delve into the healing power of music, the significance of storytelling, and what it means to bear both the joy and weight of being part of history. Angie Miller's Journey on Understanding Yoga as a Way of Being

Send us a text Today’s guest is someone whose presence on and off the mat is equal parts grounding and inspiring. Angie Miller is one of my dear yoga teachers, an educator, mother, wife, and lifelong student of what it means to live with courage, compassion, and purpose. After completing her undergraduate and graduate work in education in the mid-90s, Angie never expected to find herself in a yoga class—but from the very first moment, something clicked. That class would spark a lifelong journey of transformation, healing, and heart-centered teaching. Angie’s evolution from student to teacher has been guided by a deep belief in the power of showing up fully—as yourself, as you are. Her classes go far beyond the poses, inviting her students to cultivate bravery, kindness, and connection with spirit. In this conversation, we’ll explore Angie’s unexpected path into yoga, the lessons it continues to teach her, and how she’s literally using her voice - as the lead singer on The Smuggler’Z, and yoga practice to touch lives and build a more conscious, compassionate world. Regina Hiremath on Lessons On The Way To Onesome: The Power to Leave, the Courage to Rise

Send us a text Today, I'm honored to share a powerful conversation with a woman whose story is as courageous as it is inspiring. Regina Hiremath is a survivor in every sense of the word — of childhood abuse, of 23 years in a marriage marked by narcissistic control, and of the long, complex journey of reclaiming her voice and her power. But Regina's story doesn’t stop at survival. She has used her pain as fuel to build something extraordinary — a life rooted in purpose, resilience, and service. Now a certified life coach, business owner, mother of three, keynote speaker, divorce blogger, and author, Regina also serves on the board of Confronting Domestic Violence, where she advocates for change and supports others walking a similar path. In this episode, we talk about what it takes to leave a life that’s breaking you down — and how to rebuild one that lifts you up. We explore healing, boundaries, transformation, and what it means to not just survive, but thrive. This is a raw, empowering conversation, and Regina is just getting started.
