    Is having a diagnosis important?

    Yes. Always get a diagnosis for your pain problems it gives a sense of what the prognosis/expected outcome is likely to be. But having a complex diagnosis sometimes throws patients into more depression and anxiety. I'm my point of view keeping it simple makes worth to work with and prevent unnecessary stress in patients. Patients do understand their own bodies better and that forms our initial working diagnosis. Whatever we find then we are able to communicate it in a simple way.

    Spine alignment plays a major role in your body function. If your spine is properly aligned it assumes proper nerve messaging and most of our organs rely on messaging uninterrupted to function at optimal.
