At first I thought, “oh another quack”
I am a 50 year old male with chronic insulin resistance. Recently my wife (who has severe fibromyalgia), and I discovered Avacen Medical. In the course of researching the Avacen 100, prior to purchase, I stumbled across Dr. Pompa’s podcast. After listening to that episode, I got curious and kept listening. Fast forward 2-3 months and I am learning so much from this show here and on YouTube. I have begun or am using castor packs, the Wim Hof breathing technique, lymphatic massage for drainage, walking around outside barefoot and so on and so forth. My wife asked if I was becoming a hippie because of all the changes I’ve been making. All this was a result of the information I learned here. I have had an enormous amount of time over the recent months due to a lower back injury, that put me on light duty on my otherwise extremely strenuous job. I have spent quite a few hours trying to get to the truth and vetting the information found here. This guy is the real deal and understands much about our bodies better than many M.D.’s. The format is easy to listen to and enjoy. I encourage anyone seeking true health to begin listening to Dr. Pompa’s podcast with an open mind. I am extremely skeptical in my personality, yet have been able to improve my health and am now hopeful for living past 55-60, which few in the family that preceded myself, have done. I am happier than I’ve been in a while. I thank God for the Avacen every day and am now including this podcast in that praise and thanksgiving.
