    Dana Ponsky began her career in education and advocacy more than 20 years ago. Her first professional experiences were at the University of Michigan, the University of Miami, and Barry University as a career counselor and then as an assistant director and director of orientation, leadership, and first-year programming. After working with first-year college students, Dana began to wonder how students were being supported in their high schools and what they were doing to be prepared for college. Now, she uses her years of training as a counselor and student advocate to help schools + other youth-focused community organizations to build comprehensive health + wellness programs, parent education, as well as helping families successfully navigate the college process from beginning to end making sure the student’s needs never get lost in the process. Compassionate and so knowledgeable

I have been interviewing Dr. Zeigler for years as a journalist and she is one of my all-time favorite experts. Her podcast is authentic, real and full of information that is helpful and practical. I am continually impressed with her depth of knowledge and quick thinking on topics that matter most: family, mental health and parenting. This is a must listen podcast!

I was so excited to find Dr. Sheryl’s podcast after reading her amazing book “Mommy Burnout”. Listening to Dr. Sheryl, I feel like she’s a good friend. She gets my struggles and questions, then gives great info on how to work through them! Love, love, love this podcast!!
