    This episode is all about the powerful of journaling...with a twist! Journaling is so often seen as writing about your day-to-day thoughts and feelings.     Ep. 28 A welcome back after starting my life completely over

    Well hellooooo, Dreamer!! It's been over 2.5 years since I've recorded an episode and SO MUCH has happened. I knew I would come back to the mic, I just didn't know when. And now that I'm completely settled in my new chapter, the time finally feels right. So happy to be back! :)  In this episode, I give a recap of the past couple years of my life and how I completely started my entire life over. From living in SE Asia to living in my childhood bedroom and having to make major life decisions. I followed my intuition the entire time and here I am now, in my cozy space with my kitty, Pixie, sitting on my lap as I type this. My hope is that my story shows that anything is possible. That we are resilient and we can do anything we set our minds to.  I can't wait to share more stories, modern magic tricks, biz alchemy, and dream guidance to help you connect with your dream life! This mini modern magic trick is all about using a 'Gratitude Stone' right before bedtime, so you go to sleep with a positive mindset - which enhances your sleep, dreams, and day! We all know the powers of gratitude journaling, but sometimes we don't have the time or energy to write our gratitudes each night. I share how to create your own mental music montage and how it can help you manifest easier.  I also walk you through a montage of my own using the song Clair de Lune. Having your own soundtrack, and your own mental music montage, is a really powerful way to program your subconscious mind.
