Stella Porta

Stella Porta (latin for "Star Gate") is a dream educator, visual alchemist, and the creator of "Honeywomb". Her work serves as a living archive of feminine gnosis. When The Earth Turns

This episode is a dream vigil.  Not a meditation or a lecture. A practice you can return to over the six to twelve nights surrounding the solstice, wherever you are in the world.  In the Northern Hemisphere, the Summer Solstice. In the Southern Hemisphere, the Winter Solstice. Two different seasons, one collective field.  Stella opens with why women have always dreamed with the turning of the year, then traces the herstory of the Summer Solstice through the Irish Goddess Áine, midsummer fire, the bees, and the thinning of the veil.  For those in the Southern Hemisphere, she turns toward the longest night, the rising of the Pleiades, the Seven Bees of the ancient world, and the Māori tradition of Matariki.  The episode includes a candle and water ritual, a dream vigil intention for each hemisphere, and guidance for working with what surfaces in sleep without rushing into interpretation.  Come dream with the earth as she turns. 🕯️ 👉 For women ready to enter a live dream circle: Women Who Dream With The Wolves is open now. Why You Keep Dreaming About The End Of The World

"You don't learn prophetic dreaming through interpretation. You learn it by recognizing patterns." Something is happening in the dreamtime right now. Dreams about collapse, machines, endings, skies that don't look like our sky. If you've been waking from dreams that feel too large to carry, this episode is for you. Stella opens with an ancient idea that sits at the core of everything she teaches. It explains why so many of us are having the same types of dreams right now. From there, she draws a distinction that almost no one in the dreaming space is willing to make. Some dreams are genuinely precognitive. Some are fear amplified through the collective field. Knowing the difference is not just useful. It is a responsibility. She shares a dream of her own that led to a real institution she had never heard of, and a student's dream that shows what it looks like to hold grief and hope in the same image without collapsing into either. And she closes with three things to do the next time a dream like this wakes you at 3am. A workshop on working with nightmares as oracles is on its way. Stay close! Dreams Are the Oldest Technology on Earth

"Either dreams are meaningless noise. Or they are the most sovereign territory you have..." After a longer absence than planned, Stella returns to Dream Weaver with a shorter format and a clear statement of purpose: to give you something you can listen to, digest, and bring back to your own dreaming practice right away. This episode opens with a provocation. If dreams are meaningless, why are corporations spending millions of dollars trying to get inside yours? From there, Stella lays out what dreamwork actually is. Not symbol decoding, or something reserved for certain people. A practiced, grounded relationship with the intelligence that moves through you while you sleep. The oldest technology on Earth, with roots stretching back at least five thousand *recorded* years. She shares one of her own most vivid experiences of dream intelligence at work, the deformed wing virus she saw in her dreams before she ever opened a hive. And she closes with two things you can do tonight to begin. A workshop on nightmares as oracles is on its way. Stay close. Dreaming From The Womb

(Originally aired on Weaving the Wild Podcast) In this crossover episode, Stella joins Rachel Hodgins for an unhurried conversation about womb oracle dreaming, animistic ways of knowing, and the intelligence that moves through dreams, land, and the body. This isn’t an episode about decoding symbols or assigning meanings. It’s about changing how we understand what dreaming actually is. Stella speaks about the womb as a site of perception, how dreamwork dissolves the separation between night and day, and why intuition isn’t something to access or activate, but something that becomes reliable when it’s rooted in the body rather than the mind. She also explores the historical suppression of women’s dreaming, the fear of feminine oracular authority, and what it looks like to remember these practices in grounded, lived ways. Topics include: Womb oracle dreaming and embodied knowing Animistic dreaming and the dream weave Dreams as something to respond to, not interpret The relationship between dreaming and aligned action Working with dreams even when recall is inconsistent The long suppression of women’s dream authority How dreams shape waking life This is a layered, spacious conversation, best listened to slowly. ✭ NEW: She Dreams with Wolves CONNECT WITH STELLA: ✭ Instagram: @stella.porta ✭ Website: https://www.honeywomb.com ✭ Intro & outro music by: Justin Goncalves ✭ Substack: The Herstory Archive CONNECT WITH RACHEL: ✭ Website:  www.rachelhodgens.com ✭ Podcast: Weaving the Wild ✭ Instagram: @therachelhodgens Rachel Hodgins weaves earth reverence, womb wisdom, and cyclical living, inviting women back into deep relationship with their bodies, blood, and the living world. The Dreaming Eye: Oracles, Maps & Synchronicities

(Originally aired on The Metaphysical Gravity Podcast) In this eye-opening episode, Stella joins Erin Gunzelman to share how dreams are far more than random fragments of the subconscious. They are living oracles that can guide creativity, business, and even save a life. Stella traces her path from working in the criminal courts to becoming a yoga teacher and eventually a dream educator, guided all along by synchronicities and encounters with animal allies like snakes, bees, wolves, and even crocodiles. She reveals the practices of animistic dreaming, the hypnagogic state, and womb-based approaches that show dreams as portals, technologies, and maps for life. Topics covered include: Dreams as personal oracles and maps for healing, creativity, and direction Animistic dreaming and the hypnagogic state as a gateway to manifesting reality The role of synchronicities ("oracles of the day") in validating dream truths Womb dreaming, dream portals, and the non-linear language of dreams How dreams can guide business growth, money healing, and aligned decision-making Stella’s personal story of dreams that saved her husband’s life The ancient bond between women, bees, and serpents in prophecy and healing traditions Why tending to dreamwork over time reveals long arcs and patterns that can't be seen in isolated fragments This episode bridges ancient wisdom with lived practice, showing how dreams are not just noise of the subconscious but living oracles of healing, prophecy, and creation. ✭ The Hive & The Womb: A Doorway to Dreaming Masterclass: www.honeywomb.com/hiveandwomb ✭ Masterclass about the herstory of the bee and serpent priestesses: Oracles of the Earth: Tracing The Lineages of Nectar & Scales ✭ NEW: She Dreams with Wolves CONNECT WITH STELLA: ✭ Instagram: @stella.porta ✭ Website: https://www.honeywomb.com ✭ Intro & outro music by my love: Justin Goncalves ✭ Substack: The Herstory Archive CONNECT WITH ERIN: ✭ Website: stan.store/eringunzelman ✭ Podcast: The Metaphysical Gravity ✭ Instagram: @erin.gunzelman

The Bee Priestess: Womb Alchemy, Dreamwork & Descent

(Originally aired on The Feminine Alchemy Podcast) In this powerful episode, Stella Porta joins Julie Dean Richards to explore the ancient roots and embodied practice of oracular dreamwork through the lens of the feminine. Stella shares the origin story behind her dream practice, weaving her lifelong relationship with dreams into a grounded, animistic path of remembrance. Together, they explore how dreams are not just subconscious fragments but messages, oracles, and creative seeds that shape our waking reality when tended with intention. Topics covered include: What dreamwork really is and how it differs from modern interpretations The practice of animistic dreaming: how to dream with the land, the womb, the bees, and ancient priestesses Why Melissae means "bee" in Greek and how the Melissae were bee and serpent priestesses of the oracle at Delphi The connection between the bee, the serpent, the womb, and dream prophecy across goddess traditions How ancient oracles like the Pythia channeled prophecy through the womb, not the crown What it means to dream from the womb The return of dream weaving as a divine skill and collective healing Why the symbol of the hexagon offers a portal for protection, insight, and feminine alchemy This episode is rich with myth, history, and tangible practice. 7. Sacred Symbols of Feminine Power: Bees, Mares, & Bulls

    11/13/2024

Sacred Symbols of Feminine Power: Bees, Mares, & Bulls

Journey through the potent symbols of the honeybee, mare, and bull with each representing unique aspects of feminine power, freedom, and sustenance. I share how the honeybees claimed me; opening a path to wisdom held by the Melissae bee priestesses and the Delphic oracles, and revealing honeybees as spiritual messengers connecting the physical and ethereal realms. Together, we’ll explore the entwined symbolism of bees, womb cycles, and feminine rhythms, including their cosmic ties to the Pleiades and Artemis, the revered Queen Bee of ancient myth. We delve into the transformative power of the serpent as a sacred feminine symbol, a creature interwoven with honeybees in myth and dreamwork. The mare, too, holds her place as a symbol of wild, untamed intuition and prophetic strength. A symbol, like the female bull, once celebrated for her role in fertility and sustenance but later restrained under patriarchal structures. Through myth, animism, and ancient goddess traditions—from Demeter and Rhea to Artemis and Cybele—we’ll trace the rich lineage of reverence that honored these animals as embodiments of life cycles and the wild, sacred feminine. We’ll also confront the impact of patriarchal distortions on these symbols, reclaiming their ancient power and exploring what it means to re-wild the spirit, tapping into the archetype of the wild woman. ✭ Masterclass: Oracles of the Earth: Tracing The Lineages of Nectar & Scales ✭ Free guide to symbols of the Sacred Feminine: www.honeywomb.com/symbols-guide ✭ Dreamwork courses, classes, & workshops: https://www.honeywomb.com/dreamwork ✭ Stella's colony collapse reel ✭ NEW: She Dreams with Wolves CONNECT WITH STELLA: ✭ Instagram: @stella.porta ✭ Website: https://www.honeywomb.com ✭ Intro & outro music by my love: Justin Goncalves ✭ Substack: The Herstory Archive
