Just to satisfy the requirements of a “review” (before I get to my actual reason for writing this) I want to say I enjoy this podcast immensely. If you’re ultra-conservative, Christian, don’t balk at casual strap-on dildo references and have flirted with predestination (sorry Brent) this is the podcast for you! I’m familiar with you both being a fellow Moron for 15 years plus and I do want to genuinely say thank you. I enjoy this podcast immensely but even more I find it soothing. It makes me feel less alone and a bit less crazy. So perhaps, a humble request, I would love a sincere discussion on how you navigate life in general as a deplorable. How does one, or in this case, how do you two grapple with a post-truth world and do your best to remain upbeat, civil and kind to people mindlessly regurgitating legacy media ideas and narratives in your daily life. I think that would be an interesting politics-adjacent discussion. How do we be in the world but not of it kinda thing.
