After touring the world with Avenged Sevenfold for 20 years, Johnny Christ sits down to have conversations with some old friends, some new friends, and people of all different walks of life to hear the stories that shaped their lives and careers. The truth is, we never really know where these conversations are going to go. Sometimes we play a game for some less than thrilling penalties, get lost in the middle of LA, and even just kick back to celebrate a holiday or two.  Sometimes we drink, other times we don’t drink at all. From cocktails to health shakes, the drink is just a nice icebreaker to loosen up our guests for the wild ride they’re about to embark upon.     Diamond Dallas Page Pt. 1

    This week Johnny has the pleasure of catching up with WWE Hall of Famer Diamond Dallas Page, and that’s not a bad thing, that’s a good thing! 💎 The two old friends start off the conversation about how they met at the Fuse Fangoria Chainsaw Awards show in LA back in 2006, and how they lost touch for a bit before re-connecting at The Icon Sting’s last match back in March. Johnny and DDP talk about some of their mutual friends, and one in particular that helped their paths cross again - Darby Allin - who introduced Johnny to Dallas’ workout program and health guide DDPY. DDP shares with us some upcoming plans for the company involving a new retreat and a podcast/show idea. Dallas shares some fun stories about his days wrestling including how he got into the industry from managing night clubs and bars in Florida, and what the late great Dusty Rhodes and the Rhodes Family means to him. We hear how close DDP remains with Cody Rhodes to this day and he shares some fond memories of watching the boy become a man become THE Man. With some hot takes on today’s wrestling along the way, we move into the world of acting covering guys like The Rock, John Cena, and of course the man of the hour, the Diamond One. We hear a behind the scenes alternate ending idea to the wrestling movie classic “Ready To Rumble” and what that set was like having actors and wrestlers mingling about in the late 90’s.     Louis Posen of Hopeless Records Pt. 1

    This week we are celebrating 30 years of Hopeless Records with owner and founder Louis Posen, just ahead of their Hopeless History Museum that makes its way to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, Ohio!
