We are two therapists who work with couples, families, individuals, and people in crisis. We have been practicing for over 15 years and love what we do! We wanted to start this podcast as a way to help the general public understand complex issues such as infidelity, addiction, loneliness, depression, anxiety, and family issues. Come join us as we sip on a latte or an occasional glass of wine while we discuss our weekly observations. Peter Anderson has experience ranging from individual therapy, marital conflict, family crisis, couples, and family counseling. He also serves as an adjunct professor at a local college and is actively involved in the community, working as an on-call clinician at a local Hospital. Jessica Pechinis has experience working with individuals, couples and families as well as with different types of needs including: including enriching relationships; managing life transitions, anxiety and stress; as well as coping with grief and trauma. She uses an integrated person-centered, humanistic approach in her practice.
