    Siobhan Kearney : has spent over 25 years working in senior leadership roles across the community and voluntary sector in Northern Ireland.  Due to the increasing demand for menopause awareness, she then went on to establish Menopause NI in 2022. 
     
    Siobhan has recently carried out research into women’s experiences of the menopause and developed the first NI Menopause Manifesto, bringing a strategic vision to the development of services, support and awareness of the menopause to people across NI.
     
    Geraldine McAleenan : a certified menopause specialist and fitness coach dedicated to empowering peri- and menopausal women. Founder of @gmacgfit, Geraldine offers online strength workouts tailored to menopause. With numerous awards, including Menopause Personal Trainer of the Year and Best Small Gym, she's committed to transforming lives through lifestyle changes.
