    Structure - in this instance we are referring to your bones, muscles, joints, ligaments, tendons, fascia, and the nerves that provide coordination and controlled movement.  Your structure is important!!!  Your structure determines your function.  If you want dysfunction then don't worry about your structure.  In other words, avoiding exercise like a couch potato will lead to significant suffering.     Processed foods are changed from their natural form.  Salt, oil and sugar are added.  Preservatives, dyes, and flavor enhancers are put in.  Fiber and nutrients are removed.  Processed may be ok.  Ultra-processed is no way!  What is the difference?  Why does it feel like my head is spinning when I try to figure it out? Spend some time learning which foods to enjoy and your body will thank you forever.     Through the course of human events we all will experience times that seem overwhelming, difficult, scary or just downright too much.  These are times when we may be seen as clutching our pearls - we are shocked by what we may have to do or face.  This is absolutely true when faced with a change to our diet.  When we suggest that eating meat is an activity that should be eliminated, avoided, or at least greatly reduced, most individuals react with shock and horror.  Well.....maybe not horror, but there is a lot of pearl clutching. "I could never." "Don't be ridiculous."     3. Upsetting the Apple Cart

    Today's episode relates to two challenges faced when we are concerned about making changes to our health. Challenge 1 - Maintaining long-term healthy lifestyle habits can be difficult.  Especially when faced with social pressures or when you find yourself in a situation where you are compelled to make a choice that you would otherwise avoid.  This is when we can 'upset the applecart' of our health. Challenge 2 - When we begin to make lifestyle changes for betterment of our health, we are sometimes disappointed when results are not immediately apparent.  This is when we experience the difficulties of restoring the applecart after it has been upset. The listener will discover how processed foods lead to addiction based choices and how these choices lead to health suffering.  This podcast will help you gain a better understanding of how 2 treating doctors feel about food.  You will also hear a delivery that is similar to they present effectively to their patients. Th connection wasn't the best and the audio was glitchy in a few parts when the connection froze, but it is worth a listen.
