A chat with a mentor to many Dr Yvon Gagnon on running, bees and living through Covid

A great opportunity to sit down with Vermillion Bay doc, runner and bee keeper on how he got into running, what hobby he finds brings him happiness and how he sees living through Covid. Inspiring to me that he got into running to spend time with his daughter and that for the first 2 months he didn’t enjoy it at all. A testament to his great sense of family and his ability to connect with people.
