DTVC Podcast 255, "Scorned" and "Victim of Desire"

We're joined once again by Jon Cross from the PM Entertainment Podcast and the After Movie Diner, this time to discuss a Shannon Tweed erotic thriller double feature, with "Scorned" and "Victim of Desire." Before that though, for the first hour or so, Jon and I look at where Jim Belushi's career should go after his role in "The Chronology of Water," and then my mention of Sean Connery in the early James Bond films takes us off on a large tangent about accents in the UK and the starts of Michael Caine's and Terrence Stamp's careers. Then we get into the erotic thrillers, first with "Scorned," we discuss Tweed's performance, Andrew Stevens's direction, and the moments we really liked. And then with "Victim of Desire," it's all about the Wynorski, the Wings, the Strain, and definitely the Tweed as well. You can find the PM Entertainment Podcast and After Movie Diner on all major podcatchers, and on YouTube. Our theme song is done by Jon Cross's Miscellaneous Plumbing Fixtures, which you can listen to on Spotify, or go here for his Bandcamp https://miscplumbingfixtures.bandcamp.com/ Check out my newest book, Mark and Sales, https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0G2SF5YCW For my author page on Amazon, go here: https://www.amazon.com/stores/Matthew-Poirier/author/B085HTVYNJ And you can grab our DTVC merch at our Threadless, https://dtvconnoisseur.threadless.com
