Maya Luz Soto is a young indigenous woman. Maya graduates from the Lehman Alternative Community School a year early with her high school diploma. She currently resides on her family's property in Upstate New York where she is the co-director of a non-profit, the Traditional Center for Indigenous Knowledge and Healing. Maya is a well known and respected public speaker and a youth advocate in her community. Maya is considering pursuing a medical field or marketing as she continues her education.
