This is such a great approach to knowing, understanding, and loving the Bible. I'm seeing that the bible is absolutely FULL of people like me: messed up, broken, sinners loved by God. Thank you for this!

I love getting into the lives of Biblical figures who may or may not be that well known. Can’t wait for season 2!

This author helps bring to life the people of the Bible. He helps me think through each person and story while also seeing how I am apart of that story. Even more, he helps show how each person, each account is really all part of one account - the account of our Savior, Jesus. I highly recommend these short devotions to anyone interested.

This goes, so well, alongside a Bible reading involving one of these characters; or after hearing a character I don’t know well, it prompts me to read their story in the Bible. There is true talent and thought in each episode, the authors knows these people, he’s studied them and it shows.
