    The winter solstice holds deep meaning for me as it marks the anniversary of the passing of a dear friend. Each year, I honor his life in a profound way, and this year, I feel called to share the names of all my friends who have passed to bring light to the journey they had here on earth. I want to honor them and reflect on how their lives—and deaths—have brought me to a deeper appreciation of life. Over the years, I’ve come to realize the importance of openly discussing grief and processing it both internally and externally. Through practices like meditation and nature walks, I’ve found healing and a deeper connection to the spirits of those no longer with us. I also dive into my 5 year sober anniversary and how amazing that feels because usually I'd be drunk on a day like today so it feels SOUL good to be aligned and clear and open to channeling this message.
