Kein Fußbreit dem KI-smus! w/Sandro (Ryu.Dysmorphia)

Knarzend öffnet sich das Friedhofstor. Nebelschwaden umsäumen welkende Grabesblumen und Gestein, älter gar als das Gebein darunter. Schatten tanzen im Mondeslicht, derschrille Schrei einer nachtschwarzen Krähe weist den Weg zu einem Gebilde aus brüchigem Marmor – ein Mausoleum. Die Pforte zur verwunschenen Krypta, sie steht offen. Zwei Gestalten, in Kutten gehüllt, finstere Leere dort, wo man Gesichter wähnen wollte – sie treten hervor und laden ein, den Weg ins Innere zu beschreiten. Die Stufen, tief hinab, nebst Würmern, Maden und Getier, immer tiefer, dorthin, wo aus düsteren Kammern altvergessene Schmerzensschreie locken … EARBVDS … FROM THE CRYPT! In diesem brandneuen Format der Earbvds laden Tobi und Aaron (@Phosphorus) ein, gemeinsam durch die Grimoires des metallischen Obskuritätenkabinett zu stöbern, und so manch unheilige Entdeckung zu feiern. In dieser ersten Folge beginnen wir unsere unheilige Messe mit einer Auswahl der abgründigsten Highlights des Jahres 2026: Gorrch –Stillamentum (00:05:36), Crouch – Breaking the Catatonic State (00:19:04), Diva Karr – Call Me Nothing (00:35:00), the Absence, sowie Portrayal of Guilt - … Beginning of the End (00:45:54). Außerdem widmen wir uns in dieser wie in jeder kommenden FROM THE CRYPT-Folge einem aktuell relevanten Thema; heute: Kein Fußbreit dem KI-smus (01:01:20). Dazu besprechen wir in einem Interview mit unserem Experten Gast Sandro (@ryu.dysmorphia) unsere Sorgen sowie die akuten Herausforderungen in unserer Szenearbeit hinsichtlich der wachsenden Präsenz von KI-generierten Inhalten. Zuletzt drehen Aaron und ich am Rad und spinnen den eigens entworfenen Random-Subgenre-Generator (RSG), um in den Tiefen des weltweiten Untergrundes nach wahnwitzigen Klängen zu suchen, die unsere Nerdherzen höherschlagen lassen. Dieses Mal exhumieren und vergenusswurzeln wir die vergrabenen Köstlichkeiten des japanischen Avantgarde Metalcores, Dimlim – Chedoara (01:41:06), wie auch des schweizerischen Oldschool-Hardcores, Lifecrusher – In Death, We All Rot the Same (01:51:00). Unerhört Unhörbares w/ Phil und Hendrik (NEVERLAND)

An undertaker, a roller coaster enthusiast, and five nerds walk into a bar, but oh my, there’s an electric elephant in the room. Sounds like a joke? Well, some of this was funny. Other things, however, well, you gotta listen for yourselves. What started out as an innocuous promise given more than four years ago now finally came back to haunt one particular bvd; namely, that he shall be forced into a conversation about the latest offering and general significance of that notorious, most polarizing bunch of callboys. Said conversation (and other sonic disasters) notwithstanding, we were most fortunate and grateful to finally receive the privilege of our interlocutors’ company: the well-versed, minutely media-trained, and perfectly pitched Phil and Hendrik from your bvds’ very own metalcore malefactors, NEVERLAND. So, fasten your seatbelts and make yourselves comfortable for a verifiable thrill-ride across a record-breaking total of eleven albums! Earbvm of the Year 2025

Blizzards couldn’t stop us. (Minor) car crashes couldn’t stop us. Failing public transport couldn't sop us. Not even sleepy B❤️ could stop us. Three weeks have passed since we recorded this one, and yet we still cannot wipe the smiles off our faces. What wonderful bvds you all are! Thank you so much to everyone who joined us for our first Earbvds-Live-Show. Y'all truly made this a very special episode that we will never forget! We love you! For those of you who couldn’t be with us on that fateful, soul cold night in early January – or for those of you who are keen to hear if their funny heckle made the episode – , tune in as we look back at what a fantastic year 2025 has been for heavy music – and some other outrageously fringe genres ...
