Episode 10: Cherionna Menzam-Sills - The Prenatal Shadow

Cherionna Menzam-Sills is the second person ever to receive a Ph.D. in Pre & Perinatal Psychology. In 2025 she was inducted into the Hallof Honor for Prenatal and Perinatal Sciences She is a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist, Teacher and Supervisor She is a Continuum teacher, a womb surround process workshop facilitator. She studied extensively with Dr. Ray Castelliono and Dr. William Emerson. She is Certified in Body Mind Psychotherapy and Authentic Movement. She is also an Occupational Therapist, Massage Therapist and Dance/Movement Psychotherapist. Cherionna has authored 3 books. Her first book is “The Breath of Life – An Introduction to Craniosacral Biodynamics” Her 2nd book, “Spirit into Form – Exploring Embryological Potential & Prenatal Psychology” Her most recent book is “The Prenatal Shadow – Healing the Traumas Experienced Before and at Birth” Her precise understanding of Craniosacral Biodynamics has been augmented by her relationship with her late husband Biodyamic Craniosacral pioneer Franklyn Sills. Cherionna lives in Devon, England where she has a private practice primarily focused on supervision and mentoring with a pre & perinatal perspective as well as holding small womb surround process workshops and offering online training and workshops primarily in prenatal and birth therapy. Episode 8: Margaret Rosenau MA, RCST®, SEP, APP, BCTA Approved Instructor, Owner/Director, School of Inner Health

Margaret holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sculpture from Wesleyan University and a Master’s Degree in Gerontology from the University of Southern California. She is an approved teacher for the Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Association of North America, (BCTA-NA) and has completed trainings in several bodywork modalities: Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Somatic Experiencing®, Pre- and Perinatal Psychology, and Polarity Therapy. She has been seeing individual clients in her private practice since 1997. In addition to loving her work at the School of Inner Health, Margaret loves being a mom to her daughter Nicole and a therapist for her clients. She loves writing, sewing, traveling, laughing and having her mind blown. Episode 7: Shawnee Baker– Author of “Baylie: A Life Shattered. A Promise Kept. A Secret Revealed”.

Shawnee is a NICU nurse with 20 years of experience, a Lactation Consultant, an Infant Sleep Consultant but most of all she is a Mother. This book is her healing process and her mission to save other families from similar tragedies. It is also a story full of wonder and hope. I am so inspired by this family's resilience. Emerson, Ph.D. is a world pioneer in the field of pre- and perinatal psychology. Dr. Emerson has practiced psychotherapy for more than 40 years, specializing in regression therapy, and developing and implementing methods for treating pre- and perinatal trauma in infants, children and adults. He was the first in the field to develop treatment techniques for infants, including psycho therapeutic interventions. He is renowned as a workshop leader, writer and international lecturer. Episode 5: Gary Peterson of the Star Institute

Gary Peterson is a Registered Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist who has been teaching and practicing energy therapies for over 30 years. He teaches Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy trainings, Settling trainings and Working with Babies classes at various locations around the United States, as well as birthsurround workshops and other therapeutic work for the nervous system. His teaching and private practice are inspired by his strong desire to understand and alleviate the deep causes of suffering found with stress and trauma to the nervous system. He is especially motivated to help babies, moms and their families to resolve the crippling effects of traumas and stresses that happen during gestation, birth and early neonatal life. Gary studied Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy with Franklyn Sills, a pioneer in the field of Craniosacral Biodynamics and author of several books in the field. Gary also studied Prenatal and Birth Therapy with Ray Castellino, himself a pioneer inthe field of resolving birth traumas and imprints for babies and their families. Gary’s first book, Settling: Simple Ways to Calm Your Nervous System, will be published soon.
