A space for the inner world. For the deep feelers, the dreamers, the women in the middle of becoming, and the women quietly trying to find their way back to themselves. Life asks a lot of us.We carry relationships, responsibilities, motherhood, work, grief, growth, ambition, healing, joy and everything in between. Somewhere along the way, it can be easy to lose sight of ourselves beneath the noise. Muse Haus was created as the place I spent years looking for myself. A space for thoughtful conversations, honest reflections and meaningful reminders of what truly matters. Each week, I'll share stories, essays and conversations exploring identity, relationships, motherhood, leadership, power, capacity, healing and the lifelong journey of remembering who we are. Not because you need fixing. Not because you need to become someone else. But because sometimes we all need a place to pause long enough to hear our own voice again. Maybe you're listening on a walk.Maybe you're sitting in the car for five extra minutes before heading inside.Maybe you're folding washing, driving to work, drinking your morning coffee, or finally finding a quiet moment at the end of a long day. However you've found your way here, I'm glad you did.Because this isn't a podcast about having all the answers. It's a space for asking better questions. For making sense of the seasons you've lived through. For reconnecting with yourself beneath the roles, expectations and pressure of everyday life. The Hardest Person to CHANGE is YOU

"Be the change you wish to see in the world." It's a quote many of us have heard, shared, and deeply believed. But what happens when the hardest person to change isn't the world around you? What happens when it's you? In this episode, Tara explores the tension between awareness and responsibility, healing and ownership, compassion and courage. Through stories from her own life, reflections on motherhood, heartbreak, business, identity, and the work of Carl Jung, she unpacks the uncomfortable truth that growth isn't found in knowing better, it's found in becoming better. This is a conversation about shadow work, personal responsibility, resilience, and the moments life asks us to stop waiting for change and start embodying it. Not through perfection. Not through shame. But through the quiet courage of choosing again. If you've ever felt stuck in an old story, defined by a setback, or caught between who you've been and who you're becoming, this episode is an invitation back to yourself. Because perhaps the greatest irony of all is this: The change you've been searching for has never been waiting somewhere out there. It's been waiting within you. In this episode:  Why awareness alone doesn't create transformation  The difference between validation and responsibility  Carl Jung's Hero's Journey and the shadow self  The stories that quietly shape our identity  Motherhood, failure, grief, resilience, and becoming  Why courage rarely feels like confidence  How real change begins from the inside out A gentle but powerful reminder that the hardest person you'll ever be asked to change is yourself. And perhaps that's where your freedom begins. You're not behind you're carrying alot

What if you're not behind? What if you've simply been carrying more than most people can see? In a world that constantly tells us to do more, achieve more, optimise more and become more, it's easy to believe that if we're struggling to keep up, there must be something wrong with us. But often the truth is much simpler. We're exhausted. We're grieving. We're healing. We're holding families, businesses, relationships, responsibilities and expectations while quietly navigating our own inner worlds. In this episode, we explore the difference between capability and capacity, why so many women feel like they're falling behind, and how nervous system awareness can change the way we view ourselves completely. Because the question isn't always, "Why can't I do more?" Sometimes the question is, "How much am I already carrying?" This is a conversation about self-compassion, humanity, resilience, and the permission to stop measuring yourself against a version of life that doesn't account for the weight you've been holding. If you've been feeling stretched thin, overwhelmed, or quietly wondering why everything feels harder than it used to, this episode is for you. Take a breath. Exhale the pressure. And come sit beside me. In this episode we explore:  Why feeling behind isn't always about performance  Capacity vs capability  Nervous system awareness and overwhelm  The invisible load many women carry  Identity, responsibility and self-expectation  Self-compassion as a leadership practice  Creating space before asking more of yourself Connect with Muse Haus: Instagram: @musehausco Instagram: @taraleemuses Connect with Tara: Facebook Instagram

    I've been quiet

I've been quiet. Not because I had nothing to say. But because life has a way of asking us to become before we can put words to what we're living. Over the past few years, I've walked through grief, friendship endings, business closures, motherhood, healing, rebuilding, and the uncomfortable process of meeting myself again beneath the roles, expectations and identities I had carried for so long. This episode isn't a life update. It's a conversation about what happens when life strips away what no longer fits. When the plans change. When certainty disappears. When you're asked to trust yourself in the dark. In this opening episode of Muse Haus, I share some of the chapters that have shaped me, the lessons that found me, and why this podcast was born from a season of becoming rather than arrival. If you've ever felt like you're rebuilding, redefining yourself, or finding your way back home to who you are, this conversation is for you. Pour a tea. Take a walk. Drive somewhere slowly. And come sit beside me. Welcome to Muse Haus. In this episode we explore:  Grief, change and rebuilding  Friendship and business endings  Motherhood and identity  The courage to begin again  Trusting yourself through uncertainty  Remembering who you are beneath the noise Connect with Muse Haus: Instagram: @musehausco Instagram: @taraleemuses A space for the inner world.
