Turns out his origin story is one hell of a ride: a story of grit and determination, working hours and hours for the major domo chefs of his generation: Albert Roux, Nico Ladenis, Pierre Koffmann and Raymond Blanc. But Marco wont be their pupil for long: he's got his own path to plough. At just 27 years old he'll get his own restaurant: the colourful Harveys, where he teaches a young Gordon Ramsay and many others. Marco's flamboyant, dedicated, and talented. A key restaurant critic recognises his brilliance - a brilliance thats unique in London, where Marco's already making a controversial name for himself.
