My Favorite Fitness Podcast

I absolutely love Justin’s podcast because I know that every minute will be jam packed with information. I walk away from each episode with new nuggets of information that will last a lifetime. The fitness gifts episode gave me ideas I never thought about for my fit friends like a hydration backpack for hiking. The sleep episode with Sarah made me rethink my sleeping habits and how I can improve my sleep quality. Looking forward to another year of knowledgeable content.

Justin is a gem!

Justin puts his heart and soul into his work. He is a great example of a coach who embodies what he is teaching. You want to be around and learn from people who have created a path before you, and are living their passion. Everyone can teach theory and information - but it’s a total game changer to learn from the ones that are in the trenches, and truly making an impact in the lives of others!

It is so refreshing to hear a fitness expert start from the beginning. Justin does an incredible job of meeting the listener where they are. He takes the overwhelm out of starting on a fitness journey and then arms you with the tools to succeed. He understands the importance of having the proper mindset when trying to reach and achieve a new goal. This crucial link is what sets achievers apart! Within only a few episodes, this podcast has laid the ultimate foundation for success, regardless of your individual fitness goal. I can’t wait to hear more!
