High quality cultural criticism

I love Joan and Lawson! They’re inspiring me to fact check and read more. Additionally, they’re just inspiring in general. It’s not easy to live as a doomed human being on this exploited earth with sociopathic, disconnected, and greedy enemies hiding on every continent. Joan and Lawson’s crusade against the evils of capitalism with their giggles and jokes and well-read insults give me hope. Thank you for your wonderful work.

Love the humor & investigations

The show is convivial and entertaining while giving us humanized, in-depth journalism looking at the strange quirks of current-day social capitalism - ie, it’s incisive without being a stuffy academic circle-jerk, thank goodness
