Great Listen

Such a great listen!!! Each episode provides a different guest's perspective of what is happening in the restaurant industry today. I like how the show not only features Chefs but fishermen and farmers who supply the food we eat. Time after time I am truly blown away by what it takes to put food on a plate. Highly recommend!!
