Our scripture will be taken from Isaiah 45:2-3, and it reads: “I will go before you and make the crooked places straight; I will break in pieces the gates of bronze and cut the bars of iron. I will give you the treasures of darkness and hidden riches of secret places. You may know that I, the Lord, who calls you by your name, am the God of Israel.” With open hearts, let us embrace the numerous ways in which God is paving our paths, nurturing a deep confidence that He is guiding us toward a future brimming with hope, joy, and promise. God promises to bestow upon us treasures and hidden riches, elements of grace that often come when we least expect them. As we embark on our journeys, we can find comfort in the assurance that God goes before us, clearing our paths and dismantling barriers that might otherwise hold back our progress. The Lord is at work in every twist and turn of our lives, transforming the crooked places into straight paths, all in accordance with the magnificent plans He has prepared for us. Therefore, as we lift our voices in prayers, let us cultivate a deep trust in His divine blueprint, recognizing that even the toughest challenges can lead to extraordinary blessings if we remain steadfast in our faith. Let us open our hearts wide to the marvelous ways in which God is planning for our lives, filled with confidence that He is leading us toward a future rich with hope and radiant promise. Each obstacle we encounter can serve as a stepping stone, guiding us to a place of abundance and joy beyond our imagination. Support the show

    May 5. Day 125- See What the Lord Have Done.

    Send us Fan Mail Welcome, everyone, to another episode of our EBC Prayer Podcast. Our scripture today will be taken from Isaiah 43:1-2. And it reads: “Thus says the Lord, who created you, O Jacob, and He who formed you, O Israel: 'Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; You are Mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, nor shall the flame scorch you.” Prayer works. God is giving us assurance, and he's reminding us that we belong to him. He created us, and he has a great, wonderful, and mighty call for our lives. 'Do not be afraid, for the Lord has redeemed us; He has assembled us by our name; we are precious and cherished in his sight. When we find ourselves going through the difficult moments of life, we can rest assured knowing that he will be right there beside us. So, as we pray, let us give God thanks, for when we walk through the fire, we will not be consumed; the fire will not harm us, nor will the scorching heat leave a mark upon us because God is with us. Our scripture will be taken from Isaiah 40:30-31, and it reads: “Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall, but those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary; they will walk and not be faint.”  These verses remind us of the universal truth that all of us, regardless of age or gender, can experience fatigue and discouragement. Even the strongest among us, represented here by youths and young men, can find themselves worn down by the challenges of life. However, the promise offered in this scripture is that those who place their trust and hope in the Lord will experience a renewal of their strength that rises above their natural limitations. As we pray, let us trust in the Lord and not become weary while waiting. Support the show

    May 2 – Day 122. Have You Not Known.

Have you not heard that the everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainted not, neither is weary? There is no searching of his understanding. He giveth power to the faint, and them that have no might he increaseth strength.”  As we gather in prayer, let us truly open our hearts to the boundless depths of God's great love. His understanding is a vast ocean, impossible for us to fully search or comprehend. The Lord is ever steadfast, does not waver or grow tired; His strength is infinite, an unending source of power. The wisdom He possesses is so overwhelmingly deep that it escapes our every effort to fully comprehend its entirety. In moments of fatigue, the Lord generously bestows strength upon the weary, empowering those who feel utterly powerless. Like a gentle breeze lifting a fallen leaf, He raises us up and renews our spirits, instilling strength when we believe we cannot persevere any longer. Support the show

    May 1 – Day 121. Fear Not -God Will Save You

As we embark on this month, let us remember the power of prayer and the Lord’s saving grace that surrounds us. As discussed in our previous episodes, our prayers throughout the year are rooted in the 66 books of the Bible. We began in the Book of Genesis and will conclude in the Book of Revelation by the end of the year. Today, we are delving deeper into the book of Isaiah. Our scripture will be taken from Isaiah 35:4, and it reads: “Say to them that are of a fearful heart, be strong, fear not: your God will come with a vengeance, even God with a recompense; he will come and save you.”  As we pray, let us open our hearts to the depths of who God is. For he will come and save us. He wants us to stop carrying the weight of fear in our hearts, find strength, and hold onto hope. He does not want fear to overwhelm us, for our God is coming with a fierce determination. He will arrive not only to confront the challenges that trouble us but also to bring justice and restoration. He is a God who will come to our aid with salvation, transforming our suffering into victory. Support the show

    April 30 – Day 120. The Lord is a great Judge and Lawgiver

He is also our lawgiver; He imparts wisdom and guidance through his commandments, which will shape our lives. And he reigns with authority and love, watching over us with a protective hand.  As we pray, let us open our hearts to the depths of who the Lord truly is and his authoritative presence in our lives.  In His infinite mercy and power, He promises to save us, offering hope and redemption in our times of need.  Support the show

    Apr 29 - Day 119. Wisdom, Knowledge, and Strength. Isaiah 33.6

    Send us Fan Mail Welcome to another episode of our EBC Prayer Podcast. Our scripture will be taken from Isaiah 33:6. And it reads, “Wisdom and knowledge will be the stability of your times, And the strength of salvation; The fear of the Lord is His treasure.”     We are here today because of God. He is a wonderful God, and each day we should wake up with the desire to pray because of his goodness that is at work in our lives. He is reminding us that the fear of the Lord is a valuable treasure. never failed us. He is the pillars of our strength that lead to salvation. He wants us to embrace a deep reverence for him, a precious treasure that will enrich our souls and guide our path with devotion.  So let us give God thanks for another day, another opportunity to pray, and another moment to seek his direction as we go through this day.  We don't have to stop praying, and we should always trust the Lord, because he will establish our lives. He will give us the strength to endure all the challenges life has in store.  Support the show
