You are more productive when you take (reasonable) breaks. 2. Tackle your hardest to-do first. It’s easy to put off the task we hate or don’t enjoy doing, but you’ll find that doing the harder /least fun task first, you will be able to get more stuff done. 3. Find a productivity methodology that works for you. I make a to-do-list ( no more than 5 items) and set time blocks for each task. 4. Put it down in paper. Yup! That’s the list I was referring to in bullet three. 5. Focus on why you’re doing something. If I understand and focus of what I want my end goal to be for achieving this task, I will definitely take it more seriously.
