This episode we welcome Syndric Steptoe, former Cleveland Browns WR, into the studio.  Step shares his story of overcoming a very difficult childhood, making choices to not repeat the culture he was taught, taking advantages of his opportunities and talent.  With the odds stacked against him, Step made positive choices, captilized on his talent and made a change in his life.  He currently serves the student athletes at the University of Arizona.

The crew gets to spend some time with Laura Farber, Past President of the Tournament of Roses.  She is an amazing woman, immigrant, lawyer and community leader that has a dynamic story and is full of optimism and positivity. Hear her journey from civil unrest in Argentina to the head of the grandest parade in the world and now sitting as the committee lead to the Rose Bowl. She has a portfolio full of accolades and accomplishments but she really shares stories of justice and opportunity for everyone.

The crew welcomes Bob Logan to the studio.  Bob is a jack of all trades; serving as a football coach Assistant Athletic Director, Motivational Speaker, philanthropist, and everything else you can imagine.
Bob tells some funny stories and hits home with some real success stories about never fearing failure.

This is a special episode as we had the opportunity to have my youngest daughter and my brother in the studio.  Matt is an "Executive", and I use that term loosely, with Nineline Apparel and brings a tons of laughs with him wherever he goes. Erin is a cancer survivor with an amazing story of positivity, optimism, and a LOT of grit.  They joined us on the eve of my military retirement and we had so much fun.
Scotty was on assignment and missed out on this session but Ced and Matt established a man crush on each other. You're gonna wanna listen to this one more than once!

Food Artist and Competition Carver, Matt Harper, joins the crew for a talk on how he views competition.  From the collegiate swimming pool to battling the clock on the Food Network, Matt brings a unique perspective to never give up, never quit!
