    Welcome to the EDM Beat Podcast. I'm your host, Anita Malhotra. EDM Beat features in-depth interviews with electronic dance music artists and industry professionals from around the world.  Today's episode - the second - features an in-depth interview with Julius Arth, a 27-year-old DJ and electronic music producer based in Italy. In this interview, conducted on Nov. 6, 2024, Julius talks about the intriguing story behind his artist's name, his experiences DJing all over the world, including at London's iconic Ministry of Sound, his digital audio workstation set-up, and his love for sound design.  The interview is also available in a different version, in text format, on my blog EDM Beat.     Welcome to the EDM Beat Podcast. I'm your host, Anita Malhotra. EDM Beat features in-depth interviews with electronic dance music artists and industry professionals from around the world.  Today's episode - the first - features an in-depth interview with Davis Mallory, a Nashville based singer-songwriter who’s also a DJ, actor and model. He first came into the public eye as a reality TV star on the MTV shows The Real World and The Challenge. A  music career followed, and he went on to release dozens of songs, several albums, and many music videos.  In this candid interview, conducted via Zoom on Dec. 22, 2023, Davis talks about his early years, how he got into acting and music, his Christian faith, his sexuality, and the many facets of his music career. He concludes with some advice to musicians wanting to build a music career. The interview is also available in a different version, in text format, on my blog EDM Beat.
