    Startups med både varumärken och patent hade 10,2 gånger högre sannolikhet att attrahera kapital. Vad kan gå snett om man inte gör rätt? Möt Christina Wainikka. Vi diskuterar innovation, immateriella rättigheter, Sveriges självbild och bristen på sjukdomsinsikt. Ericsson dominerar patentansökningarna i Sverige och står ensam för 40 procent. 2:a placeringen ligger väldigt långt efter räknat i antal. Vad behöver vi göra för att bli bättre på immaterialrätt som nation och på organisationsnivå? Vad innebär detta för konsekvenser och vad kan vi lära från de bästa? Nobeldagen till ära firar vi i det här avsnittet Alfred Nobel (f. 1833) som experimenterade med att skapa säker dynamit. Nobel hade över 400 patent och många olika intressen. Han var kemist, uppfinnare, affärsman och entreprenör och skapade patent för att förädla och sälja verksamheter kontinuerligt genom sitt liv. Den årliga avkastningen från hans arv delas ut varje år på Nobeldagen till fem olika Nobelpristagare. Lär från insikterna om immaterialrätt och strategi från Alfred Nobels goda och avskräckande exempel. Hur ser dagens företags på patentstrategier jämfört med Nobels på 1800-talet? Christina Wainikka är docent i civilrätt och policyexpert för immaterialrätt på Svenskt Näringsliv. Hon har arbetat med immaterialrättsliga frågor sedan 1990-talet, bland annat med inriktning mot tjänsteinnovation.
