    Overcoming The Unthinkable: A Survivor’s Story and Real Estate Investing Tips with Shametria Gonzales

    Introduction: In this episode of Eeaze, we have a very special guest, Shametria Gonzales, a survivor of human trafficking, who shares her story of overcoming this traumatic experience and how she became a successful real estate investor and speaker. Part 1: Surviving Trafficking Shametria details how she became a victim of human trafficking at just 15 years old, while working as a waitress. Her trafficker used friendly-seeming women to lure her in, introduce her to the drug Molly, and embed her into a system she didn't eve realize was victimizing her or was wrong. She ended up becoming a teenage mother and narrowly escaped with her life. She shares the heart-wrenching story of her friend, "Cinnabuns", who was given the same substance and never seen again. Despite the trauma she experienced, Shametria persevered and managed to rebuild her life. Part 2: Overcoming Adversity Shametria talks about how she turned her life around and became a successful real estate investor and sought-after speaker. She discusses the power of dedication, focus, ingenuity, intelligence, and creativity in overcoming adversity. Shametria shares her inspiring story of how she earned her college degree and also is currently raising 2 children as a single mother. Part 3: Real Estate Investing Tips Towards the end of the episode, Shametria provides tips for anyone interested in getting started in real estate investing using little or no money. She explains how wholesaling works, and how to connect investors with distressed homeowners, which has proven very profitable for her.     GRANT CARDONE -UNBREAKABLE CHALLENGE-1ST IMPRESSIONS - TRUE OR FALSE?

    On this episode of Eeaze- I did something different. I decided to go LIVE to chronicle my experience with the Grant Cardone Unbreakable Business Challenge. Grant's been all over media exclaiming how he has a system that  can make you rich, make your business unbreakable, 10x your lifestyle, etc. So, I'm putting this system to the test! I decided to invite a special guest who also bought the Unbreakable System, to share her 1st impressions, as well as goals w/this system as well. She's a perfect test case, having a doctorate in clinical psychology, being a mental health/wellness coach, but like so many of us, not knowing HOW to best apply her skills to create a profitable BUSINESS & passive income machine.
