    Annie Jorgensen is a Mequon, Wisconsin native that got into the pageant scene at a young age. She was Miss Wisconsin’s Outstanding Teen 2011, followed by Miss High School America 2013 before heading to The University of Georgia to complete her undergraduate studies in Journalism. She was crowned Miss University of Georgia 2016 while a member of Zeta Tau Alpha on campus. She then graduated from The University of Georgia and held the title of Miss Georgia in 2018, serving the great peach state. Following her reign, she took a leap and moved up north to NYC, New York to start a new chapter in the Public Relations world. Serving 3+ years in various capacities in the PR world, she found herself on a Reality TV show called Joe Millionaire that boomed! Now she has exited both the Reality TV world and the PR Employee world to start a new venture, working for herself.     Brett Owens: Coach, Husband and Tattoo Lover

    Welcome Brett Owens. He has been training for 10 years, working in the fitness industry for 5 years, and been training clients for about 2 years now. He found a love for fitness at a young age and started bodybuilding around a decade ago. Since then he's been fascinated with the human body, how it works, and how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Growing up he was never an “in shape” kid, and it took him a long time to find his passion in fitness and to stay consistent in both training and nutrition. He coaches by the words: “if it took you 40 years to get in the shape you’re in, it’s not going to take a month to get in the shape you want to be in!” The main things he loves to work on with his clients are time under tension or “tempo training” combined with mobility/stability work. Practicing these styles of training has had many benefits including increased muscle growth, injury prevention, and pain free movement for himself and clientele.     Samuel Okunola: The Running Bodybuilder

    Sam is a fitness coach and a US Army veteran. He has always been driven to push his body to the limit and found weightlifting to be the most satisfying method to do so. Therefore, competing in bodybuilding came naturally for him. He's competed in numerous pro bodybuilding shows, winning many titles and eventually achieving the one that he is the proudest of – the 2017 world title. Sam is currently ranked number two in the world, but intends to be number one. It’s this work ethic and raw ability to dig deep that pushes his clients to become their best selves.
