    The Unspeakable Name of God

    It is important to know that all the dimensions and all creatures that inhabit those dimensions were created through permutations of the holy names. The supernal root of all these names is the יהוה. This distinct name is often refered to as Hashem (The Name), Shem Hameforash (The Special Name), and Shem Hakadosh (The Holy Name), and represent the eternity of God. The four letters that make up יהוה correspond to the four directions, four seasons, four archangels, and four upper worlds, known as Atzilut (Emanation), Beriah (Creation), Yetzirah (Formation), and Assiyah (Action).

    Your life is your responsibility

    It’s no one else’s job to motivate you to take initiative over your life. Yes—motivation can come from both internal and external factors. If you depend on a third party or an external source to motivate you to do something, it might work in the short-term, but what will you do when that external source is no longer there? The motivation will stop. External motivation does NOT last or, at least, loses its effectiveness over time. On the other hand, motivation that is aroused from WITHIN is a more effective, self-sustaining, long-term method for achieving goals and completing tasks *in a way that makes you feel fulfilled*. People will say, “the meaning of life is to be happy,” and while happiness is something we should all strive for, is that really it? We all go to school to get educated → to get a job and make money →  to be able to support our family → so our heritage can live on. We all have unique paths to find along our journey to being happy, but everyone always ends up in the same boat together—dead and forgotten. This entire process of life takes the average person 72.6 years. So, the sole purpose of our existence is to maybe achieve 72.6 years of temporary happiness? Ya, right. What’s really going on here? THIS is exactly what we will be focusing on in these podcasts.
