Liz and Ryan discuss how Southwark Council has built one of the UK's largest borough charging networks, with over 1,800 charge points already installed, largely through lamp-post charging solutions and concession partnerships. Ryan also explains why the council is now developing an owner-operator model, enabling the authority to keep charging affordable rates for residents and reinvesting revenue into the network.
