This month's episode talks about students' mental health and the negative impact of social media on our perception of ourselves. The host for this month's podcast is Sam Mazerolle, a Wellness Community Ambassador whose also involved in multiple leadership positions on campus, such as the Residence Athletic Association. Sam is also joined by our guest speaker, Hunter Moffatt, a Community Ambassador in Yamnuska who oversees the first-year community.
