Hearing Sharane’s voice and the stories of her amazing guest has been a lifeline for me, especially at this time in my life. The quick hits have been a quick way to get myself back in alignment and out of my head. Tough times, and changes are a part of life, and as I accept responsibility for all that’s happening and look in the mirror, I find more to love about me, and how I can grow to be better no matter what’s going on around me. It was a blessing to see her last week. I just hugged her and cried. I was listening to the podcast all week while driving ride share, and it helped to get me in a state of peace, love, gratitude, and knowing everything is going to be ok.

Let me say this first, every single episode on this podcast is absolute Gold! Now that that’s out there I must admit, I live for a quick hit! Sometimes I save a few just so I can play them all at once ✨
