    Day 1: The Elevation to The One

    Here we are on the last day , the one. On the last day to the Apex, the summit of Mt. Meru, the highest point of the Elevated One. This is a summary of the last 90-Day Countdown in the season of Growth. From A to G. From Apex to Growth. Take some time, have a cup of tea, coffee, or milkshake. Sit and let’s have a friendly conversation of life, love, and learning through this journey. Apex = Ascension + Adaptability. Beautiful = Balance + Bit-by-Bit. Cost = CPA + Calculation. Deliberate = Discipline + Devine Design. Fire Flame = Faculties + Faith/Feels. Growth = taking the trail mix and hydration to the process and progress. Thank you for all of you!

    Day 2: The Dichotomy of the Bittersweet of Life & Death

    Least but not yet last, here we talked about Life & Death… and the next progress and process of being reborn and this is growth. This episode we take another look at Power, Purpose, Passion, and Patience. What it means to work and having a practice of doing it deliberately. Here we examining the Pink Elephant and the Blue Elephant. This is short, spicy, bitter sweet and sour in taking a handful of the trail mix of life and death.     Day 3: The Trifecta in A Triumph of Change

    The trifecta of of change, growth, and the sacred fire within. Here on Day 3, we examined the meaning of trinity of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. How the trinity is further explained in the 3 suns of the creator, the illuminated, and holy light; 3 aspects of causation, effects, and the witness; 3 major light organs of brain, heart, and the generator; 3 electrical magnet power of the passenger, driver, and the vehicle; and to simplify in the equation of A + B = C. If A is action or Art, B is the behavior of Beauty, then C is the Creative nature or the Characteristics of the consciousness. Lastly, we looked at yang (the 1st hexagram of the strength of the Dragon) combined with yin (2nd hexagram of loving service of Earth) we move through to get the 3rd hexagram which is Growth. Follow from the begin to end, to get the 3 golden nuggets that will give you the listeners a chance to be the alchemist of your nature by nurturing your 3 essential fire from within.

    Day 4: The Foretelling & Forecasting of The Unknown

    In the difficult approach to the climax to the summit of Mt.Meru a in the 90-Days journey of the season of growth, we have come near to the womb of the void. In this episode, we Foretell or Four telling of the numerology of “four” as luck, chance, or individual’s energies of karma or the action of that can change the course of our destiny. Kali is unpredictable, unexpected, unknowing, unwilling void that will create and destroy all things. In the Kali Yuga, we have to go through the death and destruction to get to the peak of the Golden Ages. This is called growing pains. As the sleeping phoenix awakens, no human experience can explain the consciousness shift as a whole until the individual self is fully aware his self-autonomy and her self-authority in making wise decisions. The forecasting of how the planet Uranus play in the evolutionary of disseminations of the soul discovery in bite size serving of the ‘Golden Nuggets” in the last 86 days from the base of the mountain to the peaks and valleys on this journey. The Cosmic Significance of our self- understanding is learning how to actually be self-realized over a thousand ways we can experience through the GPS(God Planning System) of inner process and outer process that allowed us to perceive the views to make appropriate decisions that are not wasteful of our divine and defined energies that are build in our bodies.     Day 5: Diving Into The Archive of Being Alive

    On this Day 5, we dive deeper into the cognitive dissonance to cosmic significance. What it means to be alive as we are moving out of one Era from ‘Age of Pisces’ to ‘Age of Aquarius’, from one mind set from the age of darkness in ‘Kali Yuga’ to age of ‘Satya the Golden Age of Truth’, from one cycle of ‘Saturnian of the Cross of Planning’ to the ‘Uranian Cross of the Sleeping Phoenix’. Each one of us have unique imprint of the unconsciousness self and the personality self in the Human design Mandala. Each of us is manifested from 1 in 1080 different variables as a cosmic unit in this present in time. This episode is about the the writer’s path to walk in understanding how an individual learn to be self-empowered, self-integrate, self-sufficient, and self-acceptance to guide our her own authority to be more resilient and move to higher emotional awareness. The paradigm shift is here and structures are slowly being broken and new system needs to build. So the individuals who are here and now are the cosmic divine beings that all of us have been waiting for to bring in the light being of the next paradigm.

    Day 6: The Shangri-La of Hearth & Home

    Shangri-la is where our hearth and hearth reach life’s perfection in form of earth and space. In this Day 6, the hearth or the home that stores the systems that expressed 361 points for acupuncture and 87 emotional states of the human heart. Almost all diseases expressed itself as hot or cold; yin or yang; excess or deficient of energy. Here I shared the 87 emotional terrains of the topography within the human experiences and expressions. Brene Brown’s book of atlas of the heart, she broke down the 87 emotions in 13 categories when we feel uncertain or when the matrix has a surprising glitch in our daily life. How do we feel? What do we sense? What experiences do our hearts expressed? To brief you the terrain of going inward we have to study how our emotional landscape factor how we sail through the sea of change as the tides get more and more unpredictable. Listen, feel, marinate how your soul sing or spirit lights up or shut down as you experience the energies.

    Day 7: The Journey of Heaven on Earth

    The expansion of the ninja master of the dragon’s breath lesson in the martial art of Budo. Some where in this place we called Heaven on Earth, there will be someone who is here in this moment in time to hold the hand, shine the light, or show the way. That someone is you, me, and people who are here in the present time journeying their life, the change exist from one cycle to the next, and their challenges in overcoming fear and restart again. Here, I read a book by James Norbury that tells a gorgeous relationship between two friends who go through the same journey but see & act& adapt differently based on his nature. So many lessons in this simple book to reflect the teaching of be at peace wherever you are.

    Day 8: Living Is Great When We Can Do A Figure Eight

    The last portion to the summit of this Journey in the season of Growth. As we peaked and hiked the last portion from today to Day 1, we will share the meaning of success by going through the yuck of being stuck and the levels of mastery of the excess trials and tribulations of being in the place that sucks. We cannot get to Success without climbing the peak or mounting up higher place like the summit, in order to see success. Here we also give some breathing exercises to tune up the 8 senses from visual to proprioception, from auditory to gustatory, and from olfactory to interception. Lastly, this is me returning back from the summit and back down to Day 9 where all of you have been waiting for my return. So here we go, I am going to tell you what to pack, how the map works, and where the tricky bends will be as we go towards Day 1.
