    EP 1.5 - Honoring Winter: A New Year Check-in

    In this gentle winter journal entry, I share where I’m actually at right now — after recording the first episode of the season and choosing to pause instead of push forward. Rather than forcing momentum at the start of a new year, this episode is about honoring winter as a season of shedding, rest, and alignment. I reflect on the identities that are loosening, the beliefs I’m questioning, and the patterns I’m consciously leaving behind — especially the habit of abandoning myself by resisting the very tools that ground and regulate me.
