Pao Chamorro Ward - Café con Pao, Una Más

Pao is a Bogotá-born, Tampa-based coffee founder. She spent the last decade building concepts: a coffee cart, a cold brew brand, and a coffee and breakfast pop-up, all without a massive budget. She came to the US to study entrepreneurship, and for years as an immigrant couldn’t work. So she learned to build with what she had, and that turned out to be the best business education she ever got. She currently runs Café con Pao, where she shares guides and resources for people ready to start a coffee business, and Una Más, a digital recipe shop rooted in the flavors she grew up with in Colombia. Elvia Hill - Actress

Elvia Hill is an American born film and television actress with Puerto Rican roots and a passion for Latinx representation in film. We met on her set of Sidewalk Serendipity, which she wrote, directed, and starred in (click the link to watch for free on YouTube). Elvia has appeared in many independent films. She is most known for her work as Maria in Cobra Kai, Comé!(Eat) on HBOMax, and Nobody Will Believe you on Lifetime. Elvia has trained at Andi Matheny Acting Studios with Andi Matheny & Eugenie Bondurant. Adam Willis - Tally Row Coffee Roasters

Adam Willis is the owner and founder of Tally Row Coffee Roasters along with his wife, Squeeze Willis. In 2017, while their large and loud extended family gathered for dinner, tragedy struck. In the next room, their sleeping 3-month-old nephew—one of a pair of twins—stopped breathing. Disillusioned and devastated, they sought refuge in mountain adventures and coffee shops, reminding each other of one unshakable truth: don’t forget, God is good, no matter what. Then, on Christmas Day 2020, a miracle. Their brother and his wife announced they were expecting twins again. Born in the wake of deep sorrow, those little blessings became a gift of grace and joy and were lovingly nicknamed "Tally" and "Row" by their adoring cousins. But their story of "back to life" didn’t stop there. On August 5, 2024, they were awakened by a flash flood warning due to Hurricane Debby. Within hours, their entire home, Airbnb, and coffee roastery were under several feet of water. They lost so much. And yet, in the wreckage, they found what had always sustained them—their family and God as their foundation.
