John Darrington works as Lead Digital Architect of Digital Engineering for the Idaho National Laboratory. He is responsible for the decision to adopt Elixir for the development of a nuclear reactor digital twin.

In this episode, John will give advice to new developers, and will share his unorthodox path into the software development space.
