Today I will be explaining the journey I’ve been taking trying to come back and cope with my mental health. I’d like to speak about mental health and want to become a speaker on a mental health one day in life when I’m a little bit more successful in the field of becoming a independent author and or podcast, dealing with mental health is not spoken very much in the black community and when it is broken in the black immunity is water down I refuse to water my Shit down take a seat buckle up and hear what the f**k I got to say because I got shit to say.

Sometimes when I talk about my feelings I begin to feel better.
