    Why Self-Love is the Key to Escaping Unhealthy Patterns in Your Life

    As we move through life, the weight of our personal experiences begins to stack up. The judgments and calculations we make about ourselves and others create patterns, and we adhere to these patterns we’ve created unconsciously. They are reflected in our relationships and in our careers, but most importantly in the way we see ourselves. If you’ve looked at the patterns in your own life and ever wondered “why?”, then you’ve come to the right place.  My name is Mandi Dana, and this is Eloveate, the podcast where we go deep to uncover the patterns that hold us back from recognizing our full potential. I’m a professional Life Coach and mother of three from California. In this podcast, I want to share with you my personal story, and how I’ve learned through my own hardships to shift the patterns I had created throughout my life that weren’t serving me. Through hard work and self-reflection, I changed my life and learned to love and honor myself first. Now, I want to help you break the patterns that are holding you back so you can learn to love you. It’s time to elevate your life to the next level.  Today, I’ll share the story of how my own childhood put me in the role of a caregiver at an early age, and how that pattern followed into my adult life. After raising my children and going through a divorce, I took a step back and suddenly became conscious of who I was, and what these patterns were protecting. Eventually, I learned to break free and found the path to loving and honoring my true self.
