Nora DiNuzzo: Jill of all Trades, Small Business Advocate & Should Agencies Specialize?
What can I say? Nora's done it and seen it all. From Account Management to Business Development to Strategic Management. She is truly unique and a joy to talk to.
We agree on almost everything and I could personally relate to her experiences. We discuss Business Development and the Marketing Procurement process. I ask her challenging questions on whether agencies should specialize in a certain vertical, and Nora just glides through her answers like a surfer cutting through the waves. I genuinely enjoyed this conversation and can't wait to have another one with Nora.
Nora, at the moment, works on helping SMEs and that is something that I am very fond of. She's got the biggest heart and shares her vast experience with Small Businesses to help scale up and sustainably develop. There aren't enough words that can best describe her commitment and sincerity.
I hope you enjoy this episode just as much as I did.

Episode #3: Yann Colleter: Untamed Frontier, Streaming for Advertisers & The Dakar Rally!
For the past 3 years or so, things changed drastically in the streaming business. There are numerous OTT consultants in North America who advise Advertising Agencies and MarCom teams on comms strategies and approaches in regards to OTT (CTV in particular). It is a space that is growing rapidly. So, if you're a MarCom professional and don't know what OTT is, you must MUST tune in.
I talk with Yann Colleter, the region's Guru on the matter, about all the different acronyms, the business models, Ryan Reynolds, CNN+, OSN, Disney+, and how can young professionals from the MENA region get up to speed within this space.

I host Kate Holgate, Stoltz Marketing Group's Chief Creative Officer, join me to watch how Kate navigates a seamless Creative Process. She reminds me of a Maestra of a beautiful orchestra! and what an amazing job she is doing. I'm not exactly sure how to express how I feel about her as a professional. I am speechless.
If you're a creative professional, then you should definitely listen to how Kate leads her creative department.
