    Who’s around you?

    Peace and Gratitude Beautiful Beings 🤍We should be surrounding ourselves with people who bring out the best in us. People who love you will pour into you. People who love you will hold you accountable. People who love you will uplift and inspire you. People who love you will hold space for you. People who love you will grow with you too! I just want you to take a look around and see if who you have around is equally pouring into you. Then meditate on it and make a choice for your higher self. Be love y’all. 💕

    The Return

    Peace and Gratitude Beautiful Beings 🤍 Thank you all soul much for showing up and sharing space with me. This episode reflects my year, The Return. This is the return back to my heart space, my center. This is also in reflection of the work that’s being done at Sankofa House Savannah, because my Sistars have been holding me down with an overflow of love. Love is reciprocal. It’s give and receive. Love is unconditional, and so many expressions of who we are as Divine beings. This return also signifies my return back to The eLuvated Podcast. Now, referring to my birth name Latifa which means kind, gentle. And I’ve been learning to be a lot more kind and gentle with myself and in turn reflect that to others.     Glorious Day Glorious Beings 🤍 Thank you all soul much for being here with me. Today is the final Friday of 2022; WE MADE IT!!! First of all congratulations us 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 This year has been reflective, transforming, empowering, and overall just beautiful to experience. I’ve been reminded in soul many ways this year to take my time and I appreciate that. I’m happy. It feels good to say that and even better to feel it. I’m honored to share this experience with you. Y’all always make me feel soul good when y’all show me love. Eye pray that you close this year out feeling good and know that you are great. Eye pray that you take your time and get the rest that you need. Eye pray that you give yourself grace through every phase and embrace the experience for what it is. Eye pray that you trust and listen to your Self and that you keep going no matter what. Eye pray that you see, feel, and know love because you deserve it.
