So healing!
I love this podcast so much! Teri Hales does the research, finds the sources and cites the studies. Then she puts it all together in ways that make sense. She is definitely a helpful resource in healing from religious trauma and deconstruction.
Her app is also a great tool for processing your faith transition and gives guidance on healing and finding your own, authentic voice outside of high demand religion.
Helpful and Healing
I really have admired the way Teri has boldly handled her faith transition. I’m not so bold, but I’ve gotten some really helpful nuggets from this podcast so far. I appreciate admirable post Mormons that are further down this past than me modeling behavior and thought patterns that resonate with me. Thanks!
She’s in my head!!
Every episode I feel heard. Understood. Encouraged, and like Teri is in my head.
This podcast has been amazing for me to say the least!
